Ninox is now certified to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. The certifications attest to compliance with high standards of quality management and information security.

Ninox has received the ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security) certificates.

ISO certificates are issued to companies after a voluntary review by an external auditor. The ISO standards are internationally recognized and support collaboration with partners and customers all over the world.

Daniel Kronberger, CFO of Ninox: "We are very pleased to receive these certifications. They prove our continuous pursuit of quality and information security. The message to our customers could not be clearer: Your data is safe with us. You knew before that we set high standards for security - now it's officially confirmed."

Ninox quality management certified to ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the most widely used international standard for quality management (QM). It sets out the requirements for a quality management system so that companies can continuously optimize their processes and meet customer requirements in the best possible way.

More transparency

"The certification process provides a good opportunity to scrutinize existing processes and adapt them to the highest standards," Kronberger says.  The certification attests to Ninox's compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. Ninox has introduced a series of continuous improvement measures to make operational processes more transparent and to sustainably improve customer satisfaction. This includes, for example, the preventive identification of possible weak points in order to avoid errors and reduce associated risks. In addition, the quality management system facilitates proof of compliance with due diligence obligations.

Information Security Management to ISO 27001

ISO/IEC27001 is a global standard for the Information Security (IS) field. ISO 27001 certification accredits that Ninox has established an effective information security management system.

Creating trust

Basically, it is about ensuring the security, availability and integrity of data, as well as ensuring the protection of confidential data. In addition to legal regulations, internal company requirements for handling data are also adhered to (compliance). The main goal is to create trust among customers and business partners, as well as to minimize business risks.
